Reiki, Level 1

Reiki Level 1 is the first step along the Reiki path.

Reiki, meaning “universal life energy,” is a spiritual practice that involves the transfer of healing energy through the hands of the reiki practitioner. This profound technique can bring about physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by clearing energetic blockages and enhancing the body’s natural healing process.

The class provides an introduction to Reiki, including the history, applications, and current research on this light touch therapy from Japan. The first level is designed for self-healing. This training will provide you with the tools to perform reiki healing on yourself. It will also allow you to provide reiki healing for others.

In class, you practice offering Reiki to yourself and others. You leave class fully trained to do level 1 Reiki.

This certification is a 7-Hour class. You must commit to the full 7 hours for this experience.
